2.1. By opening an account with us and/or by using the website you acknowledge, agree and warrant that you:

2.2 By registering for an account, you hereby consent to us contacting you through any and all means of communication (whether in written or verbal form and including, but not limited to email) in respect to matters relating to your account. 2.3 Your account must be registered in your own, correct, name. You may only open one account. Any other accounts which you open with us in relation to the service and the website shall be “Duplicate Accounts”. Any duplicate accounts may be closed by us immediately.

2.4 If you wish to open another account, you may do so by contacting the support team at admin@casinomastersguide.com. If a new account is opened, the old account will be closed.

2.5 Your age must be verified within 72 hours of your first deposit on the website. If your age is not verified within this time, your account may be frozen and no further gambling will be permitted until we have successfully verified your age. We may withhold any funds in your account until your age is successfully verified. If you are found to be under 18, we will return any deposits and void all winnings and / or bonuses.

2.6 We are under a strict duty as a gambling operator, in accordance with various laws and regulations, to ensure that you are who you claim to be and that the funds that you use to play are your funds and are earned legitimately. We may therefore perform third party searches against your name, compare the personal information you have provided or we otherwise hold against other databases and make such enquiries and request such information and documents as we require to validate your account and the funds being used to play in that account. Failure to provide any information asked of you to enable us to comply with our obligations under such laws and regulations (or providing incorrect information) will result in your account being closed and / or you being reported to the relevant regulatory body (including, without any further notice to you, criminal and serious crime monitoring / reporting agencies in any territory).

2.7 If, upon completion of verification checks, we are unable to verify your details or you are unable and/or unwilling to provide proof of your residential address, or other information required to complete verification, we will within a reasonable time: (I) close your account; and (II) return any residual balance, up to the value of your initial deposits, at the time of the unsuccessful verification (please note that any excess winnings will not be credited).

3.1 If a player account remains inactive (i.e. when no login is performed at the operator’s website) for a period of more than 12 months, we are entitled to charge a monthly account maintenance fee of €5, starting on the 13th month of inactivity. Following 12 months of uninterrupted inactivity, we will send a reminder mail to you via the e-mail address saved in your account details. Upon receipt of this reminder mail, you will have 30 days to log into your player account. If no login is registered within this 30-day period, €5 of real money credit or bonus money credit will be deducted from the balance. If the balance is less than €5 then the whole amount will be deducted. If the account remains inactive after 13 consecutive months, you will be sent a reminder mail every month and a monthly charge of €5 will be incurred and deducted from the real money credit or bonus money credit of the player account accordingly.

3.2 If the player account remains inactive for more than 12 months and the account balance is €0, no further charge will be incurred. The inactivity fee will be incurred on a monthly basis until the next login is performed at the website, in this case, the operator is entitled to block the player account.

4.1 If you wish to participate in betting or gaming using the Website, you must deposit money into your account which you can then use to place bets or play games.

4.2 Deposits to the cash player account are made by transfer of money to the company’s account by way of the payment methods stated on the website. The payment methods currently available include debit cards, credit cards, E-Wallet payments, Prepaid Cards, Instant Banking and Bank Transfers. The company reserves the right, to change the accepted methods of payment at its sole discretion. 5.1 Any Bonus is only available once per person, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, bank account, telephone number, computer/device and / or IP address.

5.2 Any “welcome” bonuses are only available to new customers whom open an account on the website and whom have never held an account on the website before, have never received a welcome offer of any kind on any website belonging to our group of companies and whom are invited to take part in a welcome offer by virtue of it being specifically offered to them when they register on the website.

5.3 We offer promotions in good faith to players who use our services for entertainment purposes. We reserve the right to cancel or remove a player’s access to these games in the case of suspected abuse of this offer and also, should we deem so necessary, terminate the offender’s account with immediate effect. In the case of an offender’s account being closed, we will not be liable to refund any losses made by a player on any games or to refund any balances on the players account.
